Administrators can give other users administrative privileges to create and edit boards and make changes from the Settings page.
To manage administrators, follow these steps.
- In the main menu, click Admin. (If you don't see the Admin menu, you're not an administrator.)
- Under Users, click Administrators.
- To grant administrative privileges to a user, find their name in the Available field and click the name. It will move to the Selected field. To remove administrative privileges for a user, find their name in the Selected field and click the name.
- Click Save. Permissions are updated.
New administrators will receive an email explaining their new privileges as well as a series of emails explaining best practices for managing Kanban boards.
