By default, TopLeft doesn't sync closed tickets from ConnectWise Manage. This also means that any tickets closed in TopLeft will be removed by TopLeft's regular synchronization with ConnectWise. In order to sync closed tickets and control how long TopLeft keeps closed tickets, follow the instructions below.
You must be an administrator to perform these steps.

From your TopLeft application, click Admin.

Click Advanced Options.

Find the DJCONNECTWISE_KEEP_CLOSED_DAYS field and enter the number of days you wish to keep closed tickets in your TopLeft application.

Click Save.
If you only want to keep closed tickets from specific ConnectWise boards, follow the additional steps below:

From your TopLeft application, click Admin, then Advanced Options.

Under the DJCONNECTWISE section of the side menu on the left, click ConnectWise boards.

Record the ID field of the ConnectWise board(s) you wish to sync closed tickets from.

Under the CONSTANCE section of the side menu on the left, click Config.

Enter the board ID's into the DJCONNECTWISE_KEEP_CLOSED_STATUS_BOARD_IDS field. Separate board IDs with commas.

Click Save.
Your application will now keep closed ConnectWise tickets in TopLeft for the number of days saved in the setting above.
