Editing is available in Standard plan.
To save time for managers and technicians, TopLeft supports editing ticket details right from Kanban boards.
To edit tickets in TopLeft:
- Click the card menu and select Edit Ticket.
- Update ticket fields as necessary. The following fields can be edited:
- Summary
- Due date
- Budget hours
- Company
- Contact
- Board
- Status
- Priority
- Type
- SubType
- Item
- Owner
- Agreement
- Project
- Phase
- Initial description
- Click save, and your changes will be updated on the ticket in your PSA.
