Disabling Contact Communication Synchronization

In TopLeft, technicians can send notes and time entries to ticket contacts using contact communications data from ConnectWise. In some cases, fetching communication data from ConnectWise may put unnecessary strain on the synchronization process. In these cases, TopLeft can be configured to stop fetching contact communication records from ConnectWise.


Follow the steps below to stop fetching contact communication records from ConnectWise. You must be an administrator to perform these steps.

  1. From any board, click Admin and click Advanced Options button.
  2. Uncheck DJCONNECTWISE_SYNC_CONTACT_COMMUNICATION option under the ConnectWise Options category
  3. Click save
